A. Key Consulting assignments Hospitality Segment.

1.      Acres Club – 100 room hotel project in Chembur

2.      Turnkey solution from designing to completion for MDLR Resorts and Spa -  A five star 360 room hotel & MDLR Globe - 4 multiplex movie theatre, food court and shopping mall.

3.      Flight kitchen – being built by GMG Airlines of Bangladesh, an industrial group owning private airlines.

4.      Mantri Group 200 room resort  in Goa & 100 room 3 star business hotel at Solapur

5.      Samraj Group- Consultant for Projects and Operation since June 2006

Samraj Group is an international Exporter and importer owning apartment hotels in London. The company had decided to expand in the hospitality sector to set up 10 hotels over next 5 years. Assignment covered - Raising Primary debt and equity; appointing Merchant bankers; Preparation of the Complete Project Information Memorandum; Property search - checking and clearing legal titles preparation of necessary Agreement; Inviting and negotiating talks with national and international architects like OBM International, WATG, RAD, KKS International.

6.      ReveDore since May 2006 – Consulting for Project design and coordination.

This is a chain of Bistro, promoted by Emirates Neon & Dubai 9 Holdings based at Dubai. The group wants to develop this Brand globally, as a leading chain of Cafes. The group decided on Mumbai, as a test market, after a survey done by Mackenzie & Co.

Just opened their first outlet. Have identified four more and to open 10 outlets in next 12 months and 175-200 outlets in India.

7.      Hospitality consultant for Garden Court Restaurants, since May2006.

A chain of restaurant over 100 covers each and banquet facilities

Involving in expansion, setting up KRA’s, evaluation system of KRAs, training, re designing recipes, brand development and the like.

8.      Hotel Projects in pipeline.

§  Morarka Group - Chain of Motels in Eastern India.

§  100 room hotel in Udaipur

§  A 300 acre Golf course and a Spa resort close to Mumbai.
