Mr Girish Pansare solely dedicated to the implementation and management of Restaurants, Food court, Gaming Zones, Central kitchens, Service Apartments and hotels. Our market understanding and acumen is the result of direct handling of strategic business units, feasibility studies for Hotels, Installation, and set up of green field units in various parts of the country.

Over eighteen years of working in various capacities similar to that of a COO, Girish Pansare was required to head new ventures, forecast business viability/profitability and implement the projects within an approved budget and time lines. People skills are derived from the accumulated experience of recruiting senior personnel, formulating HR strategies, liaison with top government officials and negotiations with allied contractors and agents.

We provide extensive services like development, planning, co-ordination, procurement, pre-opening activities and setting-up the operations for commencement. The company follows highest level Operating Standards, methods and procedures in-order to achieve maximum efficiency during design development and also during operations. All efforts are made to develop projects within pre-determined Budgets.

Samraj Group is an international Exporter and importer owning apartment hotels in London. The company had decided to expand in the hospitality sector to set up 10 hotels over next 5 years. Assignment covered - Raising Primary debt and equity; appointing Merchant bankers; Preparation of the Complete Project Information Memorandum; Property search - checking and clearing legal titles preparation of necessary Agreement; Inviting and negotiating talks with national and international architects like OBM International, WATG, RAD, KKS International.

6.      ReveDore since May 2006 – Consulting for Project design and coordination.

This is a chain of Bistro, promoted by Emirates Neon & Dubai 9 Holdings based at Dubai. The group wants to develop this Brand globally, as a leading chain of Cafes. The group decided on Mumbai, as a test market, after a survey done by Mackenzie & Co.

Just opened their first outlet. Have identified four more and to open 10 outlets in next 12 months and 175-200 outlets in India.

7.      Hospitality consultant for Garden Court Restaurants, since May2006.

A chain of restaurant over 100 covers each and banquet facilities

Involving in expansion, setting up KRA’s, evaluation system of KRAs, training, re designing recipes, brand development and the like.
